PandaGuarantee grew out of our experience in student housing, where we watched hundreds of dependable tenants pay rent on time for years.

We could see from our own experiences that those fees didn't accurately reflect their risk, and started PandaGuarantee to offer a fairer, more affordable alternative.

Our Goal

Mediate the relationship between renters and landlords. In the aggregate, renters are reliable and will pay rent on time. In fact, that truth is the numerical foundation of our business. But because even a small number of defaults can be costly, landlords often have to apply conservative screening standards that exclude otherwise qualified applicants.
